The GME MT603FG (EPIRB) float free emergency beacon is water activated and has an integrated 66 channel GPS receiver.

The GME MT603FG EPIRB has international COSPAS-SARSAT approval and features the latest advances in emergency beacon technology.

As a category 1 EPIRB the beacon will automatically deploy from the supplied 'float-free' housing via a hydrostatic release unit at a depth of 1.5 - 4 metres. The emergency beacon may be manually removed from the housing to be activated or it can activate upon contact with water.
